Most fingerprint machines sold in India use the same push system. If yours has a Cloud Server or ADMS option, it connects over the internet with no static IP or port forwarding.
Fingerprints stay on the machine
Aeren receives only a member number and a time. It never sees, stores or rebuilds a fingerprint.
Expired plans flagged at the door
Live scans tags a member whose plan has expired, so your desk can have a word while they are still there.
QR check-in from the app
Members on Pro scan your gym's check-in code in the Aeren app and are marked present, with a visit streak to keep.

Common questions
Which machines work with Aeren?
Most fingerprint machines sold in India work, including eSSL, ZKTeco, Biomax and similar brands, because they use the same underlying system. If yours has a Cloud Server or ADMS option in its Comm. menu, it will work.
Do you store our members’ fingerprints?
No. The fingerprint never leaves the machine. When somebody scans, Aeren receives only a number and a time.
Do I need a static IP or a computer at the gym?
No. The machine sends each scan to Aeren over the internet by itself. Scans taken while the internet is down are sent when it comes back.
Can I use more than one machine?
Yes. Add each one the same way. A member keeps the same number on all of them.
Can I take attendance without a machine?
Yes. Mark members present by hand from the attendance list, or on Pro let them check in by scanning your gym's QR code in the Aeren app.
