Common questions
Can a trainer see member payments?
Not with the Trainer role. It covers members, attendance and building workout and diet plans. Payments stay off unless you switch them on.
What can staff never see?
Income, expenses, staff salaries, settings and your Aeren subscription are only ever visible to you.
Can I record salary advances?
Yes. Record an advance or a part payment and Aeren shows what's still pending for the month.
Is there a limit on staff logins?
No. Add as many staff logins as you need, on Basic or Pro.
